Talk to her --> Tantra-Extreme Special Features --> Produce A36 Equipment
To craft one part of A36 set you need:
50 Enchanted Poison
5 Vouncher of A36 Set

Re: crafting a36 armors Saranu will told you that. I think from Bosses in Naga Village, Naga Village Dungeon. But I'm not sure.
