Speed hackers matters

I have a problem on this matter
The only way to caught them is seen them in the action
Because i receive many videos, and many resolution are really really bad...
Some others just looks like if they has item with speed + then i checked
and yes they do.
So the only way is seen them.
Actually im super active at game and forums, but last day i came kruma and there was no one
then i came to pvp zones and all are in different spots
so it would be good help and guide
if SOMEONE make the report PRIVATE WAY
to avoid writing public which are the most popular pvp zone where
THE SPEED HACK goes on.
Thats all i can do.
If i know WHERE ( I MEAN THE PLACES WHERE YOU ALL PVP OFTEN )
i can come over twice in a day
is much more, than not coming at all.
Of course the famous players names using it TOO
so i can follow them as GM i am.
