Iam just ask , why my ID can't Login at surya and Kayden ?

Yes , a few weeks ago GM banned my account .
But now my case is clear .
And GM do not delete my ID in the data #001 - Banned And Muted Players List
I can login my account at Shakti .
But why i can't Login my account at Surya and Kayden ?
If only I was still registered included in the #001 - Banned And Muted Players List
Please GM fix it .
So that i could Login My Account at Surya and Kayden .
