I wanna ask you sometihng. Did you do the ticket like it must be done? If you do, it will be fast but if you don't it last much longer.

Yes I did it, my ticket is already using the latest version and have appropriate procedures.

Did you ask for your third reset in your first reset ticket? If you do, that's why you're "allowed" to reset to two. You MUST reply in your second reset ticket and ask for your third reset. If you DON'T have any second reset ticket, submit a new one and explain why you're doing it like that, explain you don't have second reset ticket and you want to get your third reset. I didn't understand perfectly what you mean "and every replay I have to wait long time" because you just have to reply once and then Dreamweaver do his job.
