New Reset Request System
From now you will use only one Reset Ticket for each character.
How?,
Simple, if you not have previous resets create a new ticket, using the next format,
I will to use an example account ID and Character (Account ID: Dreamw2012, Character: Dreamw), remember replace this data for your own account details.
* Go to Support Suite and login using your Forum Account ID,
* Select Submit a Ticket,
* Select Department: Tantra eXtreme - Character reset,
Complete the form following the next format:
Submit the ticket.
If you have previous reset(s) follow the next steps:
* Find your last reset ticket.
* Reply in the same ticket requesting for your new reset.
You can reply the ticket using the reply button.
Complete the form following the next format:
Submit the reply.
So each character has a unique ticket ID. Making the process faster and effective.
Punishment for break Reset ticket protocol
Sanction for sending more than one ticket requesting a reset for the same character
Ban the character.
Sanction for sending a new ticket for add missing information in the request for a reset
Ban the character. Remember you can add new information on your ticket by clicking on reply if you believe you forgotten something.
Sanction for sending ticket requesting a reset that can't be applied
Ban the character.
Sanction for not including chakra distribution
Mute the character indefinitely.
Sanction for having more rupiah than required at the character inventory
Delete all rupiah in the inventory.
Sanction for having more rupiah than required at the character Cargo
Delete all rupiah in the Cargo.
Sanction for don't have rupiah (Inventory and Cargo):
Ban the character.
Any other situation not mentioned will result in a sanction accordingly.
