GM how long i wait for the come back of my Character Delete while Reseting !?

but GM its almost 3months waiting :(

i send ticket for reset my char. after the GM reply in my ticket DONE ill open it then my char. is missing and already delete :(

its already 3months waiting nxt wik :(
