Question regarding new Item mall Update

I would like to ask about the "Legendary Armor set" in Ganesha server. As per this forum post by LaNena dated 10-07-2011

No anything extra Ganesha x50 Server Description

and this post dated 10-09-2011

Ganesha x50 is Old School type server, we will not sell unbalanced items on itemmall.Tantra-Extreme Kathana Z ~ Ganesha x50 is now OPEN!

Will these items be dropped by monsters in-game? If yes, kindly update us and correct me if those items are not unbalanced items.

Thanks for your quick responses. We understand and we know that the new owner of Extreme is Dreamweaver. Our point on this matter is that we choose to play and stay in Ganesha because we assumed and thought that this server will not be having unbalanced items as promised when it was opened. We apologize that we assumed that it will stay as promised regardless of the management changes. Also, with all due respect, The quotes posted above was a reference and coincidentally made by LaNena's. It is on the Sticky Threads of Ganesha server under Server Discussion, I guess it is not as important even though its on the Sticky.

Let us quote LaNena again on that post,

We keep our promise about it.
