Fan is available to NPC (for the two unused skills of karya)

fix the "scroll quest" because the only scroll quest that are available is the scroll quest on Kruma..

reduce the prize of tikoy in NPC,, so expensive,, no one buys it, maybe its fair if the tikoy's prize is the combined prize of premium pack 1 and 2

remove the pvp in all map only to kruma can pvp so every body go to kruma
